United States

KUNGFU.AI is a leading AI-native consulting firm. We partner with ambitious organizations through multi-year cycles of transformation to help them compete and lead in the age of AI. Our work spans AI strategy, applied machine learning and engineering, and the operationalization of AI into real products, processes, and decision systems.

We are not a slideware consultancy. We design and build production-grade AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes. Our teams combine deep technical expertise with pragmatic consulting discipline to move clients from experimentation to impact.

Outside of client work, our team includes artists, athletes, musicians, board members, parents, volunteers, and lifelong learners. We value curiosity, craftsmanship, and care for one another.

The Role

The Senior Client Partner is a senior public sector leader responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships within KUNGFU.AI’s Government business. This role sits on the Growth Team and reports to the Government Managing Director.

This is a true consultative role. Success requires credibility in the AI space with System Integrator (SI) Prime contractors and Government stakeholders, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions that deliver ROI.

  • University of Texas
  • Texas State Government
  • Other small sub-agencies within state governments and federal agencies

You may bring deep expertise in one or more verticals, with curiosity and adaptability across others.

What You Will Do

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with Prime partners and Government leaders across technology, data, operations, product, marketing, and revenue organizations
  • Own account strategy, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, expansion planning, and multi-year growth roadmaps
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted net-new pursuits
  • Lead complex AI and ML pursuits from first conversation through signed agreement
  • Shape client problems into well-scoped, outcome-oriented engagements in partnership with strategy, engineering, and delivery leaders
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth peers on account-based marketing, thought leadership, events, and pipeline-generation initiatives
  • Guide pricing, commercial models, and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term partnership and healthy margins
  • Own bookings, revenue, margin, pipeline coverage, receivables, and overall client satisfaction for your portfolio
  • Act as a senior voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery realities
  • Be a resident subject matter experts in your accounts’ operational and mission needs, bridging domain expertise within our project team
  • Deeply collaborate with project teams; attend necessary internal/external project meetings, keep alignment to project business objectives, help provide conflict resolutions, be the ears for net/net opportunities on project calls, and be the calm during storms
  • Bring “boots to the ground” intelligence on trends in client behavior/needs. Proactively forecast and inform the business on account propensity to achieve and exceed goals, helping steer account coverage and effort towards success

You likely bring many of the following:

  • Experience selling transformation-oriented services, ideally in AI, data, analytics, digital, or emerging technologies
  • Executive presence and credibility with Prime contractors and Government stakeholders

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
