Account Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Account Service Representative is an onsite role located in Sandy Spring GA., responsible for managing and maintaining the relationship between the Customer and Kuros Biosciences, Inc. through open and continuous communication and direct involvement in strategic initiatives. This position will communicate with key customers by various means to ensure contracted products and services are delivered in a manner which meets customer expectations and the company’s operational objectives.  This position will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to develop and execute specific strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. The Account Service Representative reports directly to the Director of Customer Operations. 

 As a member of the Kuros Account Services team, you will put your customer service skills to work every day to provide customized solutions to clients in your assigned territory. As an Account Service Representative, you will work with customers daily and be a true business partner to them by asking questions and solving challenges pertaining to their specific needs. 

 

Working both remotely and onsite at our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Manage customer accounts by processing surgical procedures and hospital purchase orders. 
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) accounts, including coordination, communication, and issue resolution. 
  • Oversee field stock inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimizing inventory processes. 
  • Develop personalized solutions for the distributors in your territory. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the customer support function. 
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service and logistics-related policies, procedures, and guidelines. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 

 

 Your career experience should include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Two (2) years previous account management / customer service experience (Medical industry experience highly preferred) 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively and build solid relationships with customers and internal teams. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, data entry, and inventory management. 
  • Ability to deal effectively with constant process modifications 
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and ERP systems (D365).

Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000 USD
