Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of marketing programs and day-to-day operations. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who is highly organized, resourceful, and eager to grow a career in medical device marketing. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, digital communications, social media, event logistics, and marketing operations. This position is hybrid and in office 3-4 days a week in Sandy Springs, with a potential move to Alpharetta in 2026.
Pay: $55,000 USD
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Submit and track purchase orders and invoices to ensure timely vendor payments
- Monitor and report on marketing spend and cost center alignment
- Support the Global Veeva review process—submitting and tracking approvals of marketing materials
- Maintain active distributor roster and help keep CRM aligned
- Manage analytics for social media and email campaigns, tracking key KPIs and providing regular performance summaries
Sales Enablement
- Support the HighSpot sales enablement platform: set up new users, update materials, and optimize layout for user experience
- Ensure the latest messaging and materials are accessible to field sales and distributor partners
Digital & Social Media
- Draft and schedule branded social media posts based on provided content (e.g., events, announcements, milestones)
- Monitor brand presence and social voice across platforms, escalating issues or highlights as needed
- Triage website inquiries and route to appropriate internal stakeholders for follow-up
- Monitor and report on social media performance by tracking engagement metrics, reach, and follower growth across all platforms.
- Ensure brand voice is consistent and aligned with campaign goals.
- Compile analytics reports to evaluate KPI progress and identify opportunities to improve brand amplification.
Collateral & Event Support
- Monitor inventory of printed materials and promotional merchandise; coordinate reorders in alignment with brand guidelines
- Partner with events team to assemble, pack, and ship onsite materials and collateral for conferences and meetings
- Assist with packing/unpacking and booth logistics, booth logistics and on-site support for key industry events as needed
- Ensure shipping deadlines are met and tracks packages to confirm delivery
- Maintain and organize the marketing storage area to ensure materials are easy to locate and in good condition
- Manages company promotional merchandise (swag) inventory, reorders and shipping logistics
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Experience: Internship or academic experience in marketing, communications, or digital media preferred
- Skills:
- Ability to help organize and support marketing campaigns
- Familiar with posting and scheduling content on social media (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Understands how to keep brand messaging consistent
- Willing to learn how to track performance (likes, views, clicks) on social posts and email campaigns
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
- Eager to learn tools like Canva, HubSpot, and HighSpot
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and interest in growing a career in marketing
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for events
