Senior HR Business Partner

Position Overview 
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as both a hands-on and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, recruitment, employee relations and HR programs. This role will act as a trusted advisor, helping shape workforce strategies that support business goals while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise (e.g., Operations, Total Rewards, Talent and Org Development) to implement programs and initiatives.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution strategies.
  • Coach and develop managers by offering candid, actionable feedback to help managers build leadership skills across their teams.
  • Support and participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing, assessing candidates, and advising on selection to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on and partner with Talent COE on business unit restructures, org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with compensation and benefits teams in administering and evaluating our rewards programs, and ensuring employees are familiar with our offerings.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations on sales compensation planning and design.

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred.

 

Pay Range

$118,000 - $128,000 USD
