Job Summary:
Supports project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Assists with tracking project status, schedules, and deliverables. Organizes meetings, manages project documentation, and facilitates communication among team members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Track project status, schedules, and deliverables
- Organize meetings and manage meeting logistics
- Manage project documentation and maintain project files
- Facilitate communication among team members
- Assist with project reporting and status updates
- Coordinate project resources and activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's Degree + 2 years relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support for projects
- Equivalency: High School Diploma + 4 years relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
