Marketing Operations Manager, Inflammation

Job Summary:
The Inflammation Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic imperatives and development / implementation of tactics to achieve US sales objectives. The role will partner with external agencies and ensure alignment of internal stakeholders to meet goals.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support and lead the development of HCP and Consumer tactical plans
- Partner in the planning, alignment, approval, and execution of branded and unbranded HCP and Patient tactics designed to support the field sales team and drive US performance; includes development of tools and resources
- Participate in PRC meetings to ensure alignment of messages across all branded and unbranded resources
- Assist in development of POA presentations and ensure effective execution of POA priorities, logistics and support the rollout of training and promotional initiatives
- Manage inventory of promotional resources and ensure timely updates based on PI changes, messaging updates, changes in strategic focus, expirations, etc
- Oversee development of congress booths and partner with Thought Leader Liaison team on associated congress strategy, planning, budgets, ad execution
- Ensure projects are managed effectively achieving KPIs on time and on budget
- Align with finance team to track expenses on a monthly basis
- Liaise with sales team to triage incoming requests for HQ support
Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of working in and/or with pharmaceutical marketing (preferably Inflammation)
- Proven business acumen (e.g. business degree, MBA, or previous role(s) proving business acumen development)
- Strong managerial and leadership skills (including influence without formal authority)
- Excellent social competencies and ability to work in a highly matrixed organization effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills and strong ability to build and cultivate internal and external networks.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong operational skills and project/ timeline management capabilities
Physical Demands: Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work
Working Conditions: minimum 2 days in home office: Requires up to ~15% domestic travel
The anticipated salary for this position will be $121,200 to $158,200. The actual salary offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
