Join Kyowa Kirin’s Rare Disease Marketing team for a paid summer internship designed to build practical skills through meaningful, hands-on experience. You will contribute to key tactical initiatives, analyze market trends, and help develop recommendations that address real marketing challenges. With guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues, you will strengthen your capabilities in pharmaceutical marketing while learning how cross-functional teams bring initiatives to life.

What You Will Do 

• Partner with the marketing team on assigned priorities, from planning through implementation, with coaching and support along the way.
• Conduct research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and develop evidence-based recommendations for marketing initiatives.
• Help improve existing marketing materials while developing an understanding of healthcare professional and patient marketing needs.
• Participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders and learn from cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Manage project timelines and build presentation skills by developing and sharing formal business recommendations.
• Apply critical thinking to solve structured and unstructured business problems, incorporating feedback to strengthen your approach.

What We Are Looking For 

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in marketing or a related field, with an interest in building a career in marketing.
• Prior internship or co-op experience is welcomed but not required; we value demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
• Interest in business strategy, market research, and pharmaceutical marketing, along with enthusiasm for learning in a collaborative environment.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Internship Requirements 

• Available for the full internship period, May 25, 2027 through August 20, 2027.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule that includes two days per week onsite in Princeton, New Jersey.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position will be $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.  The actual hourly rate offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications, job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
