Putting on an Olympic and Paralympic Games is a team sport. To build a Games unlike any the world has seen before, we need the best team in place–a team full of perspectives, experiences and expertise. We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them.

Venue Technology Manager

Venue Technology is responsible for the integration and planning of technology services across all Olympic and Paralympic Games venues, as well as the delivery of audio-visual (AV) equipment and services. Additionally, Venue Technology leads the Technology Equipment Allocation Process (TEAP), which ensures demand from other Functional Areas (FA) across the Organizing Committee (OC) is planned and managed to align with needs and budget.

Venue Technology comprises of a central team, Cluster Venue Technology Managers (CVTMs) assigned to a group of Games venues, and Venue Technology Managers (VTMs) who are then, in turn, assigned to manage the technology planning and delivery at individual Games venue(s).

Prior to Games Time, VTMs coordinate Technology planning for venues with LA28 colleagues, Partners and Service Providers. VTMs work closely with the CVTM who have overall responsibility for a group of venues. VTMs take guidance and strategic direction from the relevant CVTM, to ensure a consistent approach across venues.
