We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them.
Senior Associate, OAS Enterprise Systems
Role Purpose
You will help build and run the enterprise systems that keep LA28 operating — acting as a hybrid business and technical analyst on the applications that power the organization. This role supports complex integrations and implementations from requirements through testing and go-live, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You will gain broad, cross-functional exposure across project teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party developers while supporting multiple solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Support project managers across the enterprise-systems portfolio, synthesizing minutes, capturing decisions, and coordinating inputs from stakeholders and third-party developers.
· Elicit and document business requirements, implementation specifications, and use cases that bridge business needs and technical delivery.
· Draft test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and track defects, enhancements, and changes through to resolution.
· Support the Director and project managers in triaging and maintaining the portfolio backlog, including intake meetings and evaluating new requests.
· Analyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements, process maps, and automations within the solutions ecosystem.
· Collaborate with external providers and internal teams (Cyber Security, Architecture) on enhancement requests and risk-mitigation.
· Triage system requests and provide day-to-day analytical support for end users, coordinating troubleshooting across the technology team and partners.
Required Competencies
· Minimum of 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise software solutions.
· Proven track record supporting complex, end-to-end technical implementations and system integrations.
· Experience writing technical documentation and requirements specifications, and drafting/executing structured deployment plans, including UAT and release management.
· Experience working directly with third-party developers and external vendors; fluency with SharePoint and Smartsheet.
· Experience with DevOps platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira) for defect tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Valued Experience
· Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).
· Experience supporting enterprise-grade ERP, HRIS, or Finance systems (e.g., Workday or procure-to-pay platforms).
· Familiarity with work-management tools such as Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
· A self-starting, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
What We Offer
· Ownership of analysis and delivery on systems that keep a historic Games running.
· Career-defining, cross-functional exposure across technology, vendors, and every part of LA28.
· Transferable skills from delivering complex implementations at pace.
· Teammates who value collaboration, pragmatism, and shared success.
What This Role Means for the Games
