GTM Engineer
About The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to partner with our SVP of Commercial Sales and play a critical role in building the operational backbone for our growth. You’ll be the go-to expert for HubSpot and revenue data, architecting scalable GTM systems, creating clarity from complexity, and driving insights that accelerate revenue.
If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and love designing processes that unlock efficiency, this is your chance to have a direct impact on how we scale.
This role is based out of our corporate headquarters office in Boston. We are a flexible hybrid environment with 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the office. Please note that we are only accepting candidates that reside in the greater Boston area.
How You’ll Contribute
- Build & Optimize the Revenue Engine: Support Sales, Supplier, and GTM teams with operational excellence.
- Own the Funnel: Manage end-to-end tracking of pipeline and conversion metrics, surfacing insights that improve performance.
- Data Into Strategy: Deliver forecasting, pipeline reporting, and conversion analysis that fuel decision-making.
- HubSpot & Tech Stack Leadership: Own our revenue technology strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, clean, and customer-centric.
- Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and frameworks that track KPIs, ROI, and product adoption, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Process & Playbook Design: Map workflows, document GTM processes, and streamline operations to increase team productivity.
- Problem-Solving at Scale: Troubleshoot issues, improve data integrity, and implement best practices to help the team work smarter.
What You Bring To the team
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a related role in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/startup environment.
- Expertise with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets, and GTM tech stack platforms such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Proven ability to translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading projects end-to-end, from strategy and requirements gathering through implementation, enablement, and change management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, and expansion), funnel metrics, and GTM process optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations.
- Comfort operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and adapting quickly in a scaling organization.
Intangibles That Set You Apart
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a self-starter mentality.
- Problem solver who drives solutions, not just identifies issues.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ownership mindset—you take accountability and pride in outcomes.
- Thrives in a small, nimble team where your work has outsized impact.
- Adaptable and excited by change in a fast-moving business.
