- Execute high-quality, customized outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Labviva, generate leads, and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Supplier Operations, and Engineering teams to convert pipeline into opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Develop a deep understanding of Labviva's platform, the life sciences procurement landscape, and our customers' pain points
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve our outreach strategies and messaging
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role within life sciences, biopharma, or SaaS
- Demonstrated success executing high-volume, personalized outreach across multiple channels — you are not afraid to pick up the phone or craft a creative sequence
- Experience attending and networking at industry trade shows and conferences
- A true team player who collaborates openly and brings energy to the people around them
- Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) — data hygiene and pipeline discipline matter to you
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in responsibly leveraging AI tools for custom outbound generation — you know how to use AI to personalize at scale without sacrificing authenticity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- US citizen or permanent resident (required)
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- Background or experience in life sciences / biopharma procurement, supply chain, or lab operations
- Familiarity with procurement platforms, ERP systems, or SaaS tools sold into scientific or research environment
