Responsibilities
The Automotive Service Shop Foreman performs quality control work in accordance with dealership's and factory standards. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Creates, assigns, and maintains work orders; ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest productivity and standard of repair
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
- Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay informed with rapidly changing automotive technology
Qualifications
- Preferred: 5+ years of Automotive Shop Foreman experience within an Automotive Dealership setting.
- Preferred: Porsche Gold Tech Certification
- Preferred: Porsche Silver ASE Certification or higher.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drive trains, and suspension systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, fast-paced personality with an unparalleled work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
