Business Office Clerk
Join LAcarGUY as a full-time, onsite Automotive Business Office Clerk in Santa Monica! Bring your organizational skills and attention to detail to our dynamic team. This position will support Genesis Santa Monica dealership while being physically located at Lexus Santa Monica.
Responsibilities
The Business Office Clerk manages administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing new and used car deals, daily flooring payments, schedule reconciliation, trade payoffs, and contract management during transit. Responsibilities include accurately processing and recording vehicle deals and maintaining related schedules.
- Use CDK to manage daily transactions.
- Maintain clean schedules and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare and process bank deposits.
- Handle used car purchase paperwork.
- Coordinate dealer trades and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Business Office.
Qualifications
- Required: 1 year of Automotive Dealership experience required; Business Office experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive billing process, including vehicle titles, registration and finance contracts.
- Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software.
- Proficient in CDK required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00.
