Responsibilities
The Automotive Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using Subaru-specific tools and software.
- Complete complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and drivability issues.
- Accurately document all repairs, services, and maintenance performed, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience at the Master Technician level working specifically with Subaru vehicles
- ASE certifications in Subaru preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills with Subaru systems and components
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dealership environment
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation:
- The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $33.00 - $60.00.
