Responsibilities
The Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
- Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
- Required: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership setting is required.
- Required: At least 2 ASE certifications are required.
- Smog, manufacturer, and Toyota Master Technician certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and diagnostic systems and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation:
- The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00.
