Honda Santa Monica is looking for a Parts Counter Representative to join our team! Prior automotive dealership parts experience is preferred but not required. We're also open to candidates with retail parts experience from places like AutoZone, Pep Boys, or similar.

Responsibilities
The Parts Counter Representative role is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving operations while supporting parts sales to customers at the counter, through the service department, and over the phone. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage shipping and receiving of parts, including packing and processing outgoing orders
- Pull and fulfill orders for customers and the service department
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Oversee parts sales from order to fulfillment
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
- Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
- Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Required: 1–2 years of automotive parts experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a dealership environment.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
