The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
 
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our Sales department. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales.
  • Hire, train and develop a team of Automotive Sales Consultants.
  • Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Required: Minimum 2 years of proven success as a Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership environment
  • Required: Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams
    • Strong leadership experience with a focus on driving performance, accountability, and team growth
    • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
Compensation 
  • The estimated annual earnings for this position are $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
