About the Role: Associate Veterinarian

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys diverse medicine and wants the flexibility to shape their caseload.

What your days will look like:

• Preventive care, sick visits, diagnostics, and client education
• The ability to see dogs and cats, with optional opportunities to treat exotics, pet pigs, and backyard poultry
• Collaboration with a supportive, team‑oriented doctor group
• Strong technician and support staff who allow you to practice at the top of your license
• Access to advanced services including rehabilitation and acupuncture
• An on‑site underwater treadmill available for rehab cases
• Fear Free and Cat Friendly medicine woven into daily workflows

• Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 DOE
• 23% production structure

Who We’re Looking For

• DVM licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
• 2+ years of clinical experience required (this role is not open to new graduates)
• A veterinarian who enjoys collaboration and variety in caseload
• Strong communicator who values Fear Free principles and client relationships
• Interest in advanced or non‑traditional cases is welcome, but not required
