Our urgent care model is designed for veterinarians who want something in between general practice and emergency medicine. Our client-centric approach is designed around convenience and connection. From pre-visit digital onboarding to real-time SMS updates, we keep pet owners informed and engaged every step of the way. Our reception-less, open lobby ensures every client and pet is personally welcomed, while our team takes time to sit down with clients, review care plans, build trust, and take care of pets.
We understand the friction in veterinary medicine. That's why we work to combat compassion fatigue and burnout, focusing on collaboration, creativity, and wellness to support your career and personal goals. No early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts, because your personal well-being is just as important as the care you provide.
Our compensation package includes starting base salary of $130,000, along with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
