
Engineer – Frontend

The Role
As an Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to the front-end development of SysTrack, our AI-driven Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform. This role requires a solid foundation in web UI development and user interface design, along with experience in databases and data visualization. It’s an exciting opportunity to support cutting-edge technology and learn from a high-performing engineering team.
What You'll Do
The core functions of this role include:
- Refactoring and optimizing front-end code for performance and scalability
- Building responsive, user-friendly web UIs
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams on feature implementation
- Creating and enhancing data visualizations to make complex data clear and actionable
- Participating in Agile processes, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
What You'll Bring to Lakeside
The key requirements for this role include:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years' experience in front-end development
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks like React
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- A drive to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for solving problems through technology
