*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
About the Role
As a Sales Enablement Associate at Lambda, you play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and maintaining our competitive edge. This role is key to supporting and optimizing our sales processes and strategies, thereby helping to increase our market share.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Material Management: Update and refine sales playbooks, decks, and sequences to align with evolving market demands.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members to ensure rapid and effective assimilation.
- Resource Development: Create and maintain internal resources, such as how-to guides and training materials.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing our participation in industry conferences and events.
- Travel Requirements: Expect to travel up to twice per quarter to support field activities and ensure team alignment.

Experience That’s Great to Have
- Proven Sales Enablement Experience: You have a solid background in sales enablement, SDR, AM, AE, or a similar role, preferably within the AI industry or a tech environment where AI and machine learning are key focus areas.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Sales Enablement and Engagement Tools Experience: Experience using sales enablement platforms like Highspot and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
- AI Industry Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies and their applications, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to sales teams and customers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with customer communication tools such as Intercom and Front, and sales intelligence tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
