*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Salesforce Architecture: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- System Integration: Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g. Netsuite, Hubspot & various third-party tools) using APIs and iPads systems like workato.
- Hands-On Development: Implement custom solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to optimize Salesforce workflows and processes.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for all Salesforce-related projects. Set coding standards, development best practices, and governance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Solution Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the platform meets security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure Salesforce is utilized to its fullest potential to drive business growth and efficiency.
You
- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and integrations.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integration tools and iPaas systems like Workato, or custom-built APIs.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes within Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Experience with data management, security models, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Experience with iPaas Systems like Workato
- Experience with CPQ
- Experience in the machine learning or cloud service provider industry
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $150,000-$218,000 However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
