About the Role

We’re looking for a Netsuite Administrator to be a catalyst for innovation and efficiency within our organization. In this role you will collaborate with various internal teams to identify and prioritize NetSuite enhancements that align with our business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass solution design, development, testing, and deployment, along with configuring NetSuite modules and managing system integrations. You'll also provide support to end-users, ensure compliance with standards, offer training, and deliver insightful reports. 

What You’ll Do

  • Gather business requirements from internal teams (e.g. sales, sales engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting) to identify opportunities for NetSuite enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine enhancement roadmap and prioritization in line with business needs
  • Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to meet business needs
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite modules (not an exhaustive list):
    • Advanced Revenue Management, Supply Chain Management, Advanced Inventory Management, Fixed Asset Management, NetSuite CPQ, WMS
  • Implement and manage system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other applications (e.g. Avalara, Maxio, Stripe, Bill.com, etc.)
  • Customize NetSuite workflows, forms, and records to enhance efficiency and usability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates and best practices, applying them to optimize system performance
  • Assist with coordination of user access reviews and system/monitoring controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards and SOX requirements
  • Support end-users to maximize their utilization of NetSuite features. This includes documentation and providing training in either 1:1 or group settings
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations
  • Perform root cause analyses as needed to solve pain points within the business as they arise
  • Coordinate with third party consultants on an as needed basis

You:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification
  • Have experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteBundler
  • Are quick to learn new systems and APIs
  • Strong understanding of ITGCs and SOX Compliance
  • Have a high level of business acumen that helps you collaborate with internal stakeholders

Nice to Have 

  • Netsuite Developer Certification or other direct experience with Netsuite ERP 
  • SuiteScript experience
  • CPQ implementation or administration experience
  • Workato and/or other iPaaS expertise 
  • Supply Chain Management experience as it relates to modules within Netsuite

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $195,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
