Are you a highly organised, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition? Join our EMEA team as a Talent Intern and play a vital role in attracting and securing top talent for our leading brand consulting agencies throughout the region.

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts in London, gaining hands-on experience across the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Write, proofread, and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms, ensuring they attract the best candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.
  • Own the organisation and management of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate data for current and future opportunities. This includes supporting the development of our ATS by assisting with testing new workflows and features.
  • Research the competitive landscape, proactively sourcing candidates for live roles, and helping build a robust talent pipeline across Client Services, Strategy, Design, Finance, and Admin functions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills and experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent teams in the US and APAC on Impact and Inclusion initiatives and other recruitment-related projects.
  • Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to track recruitment metrics and supporting the team present key findings and new initiatives to both regional and global stakeholders.
  • Assist in testing and implementing new ways of working within our Talent Acquisition processes, including utilising our in-house AI platform, WPP Open.

  • Highly organised and excels at managing multiple priorities, effortlessly handling complex calendars and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
  • Committed to conducting thorough candidate interviews, ensuring no question is left unasked to assess experiences effectively.
  • Approaches challenges with enthusiasm, positivity, and a willingness to find solutions, always striving to deliver the best results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using these tools to turn this data into compelling presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
  • Versatile and adaptable, with a willingness to contribute to a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to supporting global Impact and Inclusion initiatives.
  • A genuine interest in talent acquisition and a desire to help bring in the best talent into our business. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and an interest in exploring the potential of AI in recruitment are a plus.
