We are looking for a visionary and experienced Senior Designer to join our passionate team. If you are a strategic thinker with a flair for creative leadership and a desire to make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you!

 

Skills and Responsibilities

As a Senior Designer at CBA, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership:Taking ownership of significant design projects, from initial concept development through to final production, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence across medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Conceptual Exploration:Driving the initial stages of projects by leading thorough conceptual exploration, innovative ideation sessions, and comprehensive design research to inform groundbreaking creative solutions.
  • Strategic Design Development:Crafting compelling design strategies and translating them into innovative, cohesive solutions that perform effectively across various digital and physical channels.
  • Client and Team Partnership:Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, establish clear creative direction, and ensure shared understanding throughout the design process.
  • Mentorship and Guidance:Mentoring and providing constructive guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across the team.
  • Innovative Planning:Actively participating in the development of cutting-edge and competitive design plans that push boundaries and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Multi-Project Management:Managing and contributing to several projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring all design outputs are perfectly aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Problem Solving:Working effectively with cross-functional teams to diagnose and overcome intricate strategic and design hurdles, finding creative and effective solutions.
  • AI Integration:Leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance creative inspiration, streamline workflows, and improve overall project efficiency.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring a blend of proven experience, strategic insight, and creative passion:

  • Agency Experience:Demonstrated track record of success working within dynamic brand or design agency environments, handling diverse client portfolios.
  • Strategic Acumen:A profound grasp of how design drives business objectives, coupled with exceptional ability to craft compelling brand narratives through visual communication.
  • Brand Consistency:Expert capability in seamlessly integrating and applying brand assets such as typography, color palettes, composition, and imagery to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Communication Excellence:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and present ideas persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. Fluent in English is a MUST.
  • Trend Awareness:A keen eye for current and emerging creative, cultural, and market trends, enabling the development of relevant and forward-thinking design solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Miro, and a strong aptitude for utilizing AI-powered design tools.
  • Motion & Cross-Platform Skills:Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging motion graphics and developing versatile visual content optimised for various platforms and media.
  • Passion for Excellence:An unwavering passion for branding, a commitment to creative excellence, and a desire to produce impactful and transformative design work.
