What you’ll do
Project & Team Support:
- Prepare and circulate weekly status reports.
- Manage all project filing, ensuring documents are organised and accessible.
- Oversee the uploading of all client handover documents.
- Handle the diarising of briefs and booking of key project meetings.
- Arrange all team logistics, including booking meeting rooms, travel, and refreshments.
Client & Team Administration:
- Serve as a key internal contact, facilitating seamless communication.
- Support the account team in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What you’ll need
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for branding and an interest in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in an agency or administrative role is desirable.
