What we are looking for:

As a pivotal member of our Creative Strategy team, your work serves as the strategic foundation for sonic branding projects. You're the visionary ensuring that each creative concept resonates perfectly, aligning with a brand's unique positioning, market pulse, and ambitious business goals. As our Creative Strategist (m/w/d) you define the sonic direction and craft the inspired guidelines that empower our entire creative ensemble. What you’ll do:

Develop and refine sonic branding strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and brand analysis.

Develop and articulate strategic frameworks for sonic identities, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.

Translate brand attributes and values into actionable creative direction.

Create detailed sonic brand guidelines that define sonic principles (together with Creative team), usage, and consistency across touchpoints.

Shape the conceptual framework of sonic identities, ensuring consistency across brand touchpoints.

Validate sonic branding concepts in collaboration with Client Services, Creative and Research teams through testing and data-driven insights.

Present strategic recommendations and rationales to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.


What you’ll need:

Strategic Architect & Insight Navigator: You're a strategic powerhouse, adept at translating deep consumer insights related to sonic branding and finely-tuned brand positioning into compelling creative directions. Your mind is a well-oiled analytical machine, dissecting challenges with structured thought to craft the perfect sonic journey. You have experience with consumer research methodologies, data interpretation, and brand positioning.

Storyteller & Persuasion Pro: You don't just communicate; you captivate. Crafting structured, clear, and genuinely persuasive sonic branding strategy presentations is second nature, and your presentation skills command the room, turning complex ideas into client-facing triumphs. Fluent in the visual language of PowerPoint, Keynote, and beyond, you transform concepts into engaging experiences.

Agile Executor & Problem Solver: A true self-starter who thrives under pressure, you seamlessly juggle multiple projects with independent precision. You bring a can-do attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset, always finding elegant solutions and making things happen.

Curiosity & Sonic Passion: Your insatiable curiosity drives you to experiment with emerging trends and technologies in our industry. And because we live and breathe sound, you're a bonafide music nerd, living for the intersection of sound, strategy, and storytelling.

Foundation & Experience: You're bringing experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or related fields to the table, and are ready to hit the ground running. Bonus points if you already have some hands-on job experience specifically in the music industry, particularly in sonic branding, music branding, or other audio-focused projects.
