What we're looking for:

At amp, we don't just manage business development, we build lasting partnerships rooted in trust and engagement, delivering world-class sonic branding solutions to our global clients. To powerfully drive this mission forward and support our Growth team, we're seeking a motivated Working Student, Growth (m/f/d) – our indispensable Catalyst – to accelerate our business development and project coordination.

The role:

As our Growth Catalyst, you’ll be a vital support for our Growth team, ensuring our internal growth initiatives are executed with precision and deliver real impact:

Precision in presentation: You’ll ensure our client-facing materials are flawless. From proofreading to optimizing layout and delivery efficiency, you’ll guarantee our first impression is always professional and polished.
Data & reporting integrity: You’ll support internal reporting by tracking projects, leads, and business development activities. You’ll help provide the clarity needed for informed decision-making.

Operational coordination: You’ll act as the bridge for internal projects and external growth initiatives. You’ll ensure our cross-functional efforts stay on schedule and run smoothly.

What you’ll need:

Enrolled at university (Bachelor's or Master's degree), preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
Available 20 hours per week.
Based in Germany, Munich, to facilitate office attendance.
You demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail, top-tier organization, motivation, accountability and strong follow-through.
Proactive communication skills and unafraid to connect, fluent in English (a must), German (a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Bonus if you have already worked with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Passion for music, creative, branding is a plus.
