  • Collaborate with clients, the Creative Director and project teams to shape direction and solve complex design challenges.
  • Bring a clear point of view, offer constructive feedback and help raise the quality of the work.
  • Support and guide junior designers as they develop their ideas and craft.
  • Contribute to competitive, innovative design strategies and plans.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and a high standard of delivery.
  • Use AI thoughtfully to support research, inspiration and more efficient ways of working.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience as a designer in a brand or design agency, working as part of a collaborative project team
  • A portfolio that shows bold, original thinking translated into sophisticated, high-quality design.
  • The ability to bring a brand to life consistently through its messaging, colour, typography, imagery, composition and visual behaviours.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain the thinking behind your design strategy.
  • Awareness of emerging creative and design trends, as well as wider cultural and industry shifts that influence how people engage with brands.
  • A genuine passion for design, branding and creative excellence.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Mural and AI tools, alongside the ability to communicate ideas through traditional design methods and hand sketching
  • Experience creating impactful visual content across multiple platforms.
  • Fluent in English.

If you are ready to lead with heart and transform brands through exceptional design, we invite you to apply! Join CBA and help us create positive brands and businesses that engage and empower people in meaningful ways.
