Job Summary
Langan is seeking a Marketing Intern or Co-op to join its collaborative team in Irvine, CA. This individual will serve a key function in supporting the needs of the corporate and local marketing groups and the needs of any department requiring graphics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and will partner with the firm’s employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to drive the firm’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Create graphic design art and visual materials for in-house production and external clients using a wide range of media including photography and computer aided design technology such as InDesign, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Assist with preparation of proposals and presentations;
- Execute a wide range of projects for visual displays, electronic presentations, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, logos and a variety of other material used for web, publication, slide, video and multimedia presentations;
- Compose, edit, and create graphic material and prepares information needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports; and
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
- Previous experience in writing and/or graphics background a plus;
- Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
Pay Range
$24 - $31 USD
