Assembly/Molding/General Production Operator
Job Description/Summary
• Work as part of the production team assembling an entire product, building components of a product, or any other task not defined by other Job Classifications.
• Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• The Assembler/Production Worker must be able to perform multiple tasks within the manufacturing plant and will be rotated through different positions as needed to meet production goals.
Essential Functions
• Must be able to understand and apply basic directions with regard to safety procedures, quality standards, production goals, and company rules, regulations and processes.
• Must be capable of using hand tools and have ability to operate machinery (other than equipment referenced in other Job Classifications) in routine, non-complex environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity a must.
• Will be required to meet productions goals.
• Operate within SOP’S (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintains proper inventory of product at workstations
• Must be capable of maintaining a good attendance record.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, for example, but not limited to;
- Ensuring basic quality standards are met
- Reworking/repairing product
- Cardboard baling
- Spot welding
- Loading/unloading parts on paint line:
- Clean up/Janitorial functions
- Other tasks as assigned.

Geographic Reach
Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada.
