National Sales Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic National Sales Account Manager to drive our market expansion and strengthen key customer relationships.
The Role
As a National Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market share across key retail and e-commerce channels. You will develop strategic account plans, foster strong customer partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product placement, merchandising, and online presence. Your expertise in sales, analytics, and digital commerce will help Lasko thrive in an evolving marketplace.
This role will be remote, but must be based in the Seattle/ Tacoma, WA or Minneapolis/ St. Paul, MN area.
What You Will Do
- Sales & Market Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets (revenue, gross margin, and product units) across national retail and e-commerce accounts.
- Account & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key retail and digital partners, ensuring brand consistency and optimal placement.
- E-Commerce & Omnichannel Strategy: Leverage insights to enhance online sales, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, independent sales representatives and sales support to develop tailored product proposals and promotional strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute an annual roadmap for category success, identifying new opportunities for growth.
What You Bring
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, including 7+ years in home product (or related CPG) sales with major retailers (mass merchants, home improvement, warehouse clubs, e-commerce, specialty, co-ops, etc.).
- E-Commerce Expertise: Strong knowledge of omnichannel strategies, online merchandising, analytics, and digital advertising.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and manage high-impact partnerships with retail and e-commerce accounts.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Geographic Reach
Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada. The company’s Tennessee, Texas, and Pennsylvania manufacturing facilities produce both indoor and outdoor fans and heaters. The company also sources select products internationally from China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and India. Lasko operates distribution centers in all manufacturing locations plus Nevada and Ohio.
