Pricing Manager
Lasko Products, a market leader for nearly 120 years in home comfort products, including portable fans, heaters and air purifiers, seeking an experienced Pricing Manager.
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. This role will work closely with Sales, BU Leads, Product Development, and Finance teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to optimize pricing models across various product lines.
As a part of the larger FP&A function, the focus will be within pricing but offer exposure to assisting team members in full P&L management, board reporting & annual operating goal setting.
This position will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A. This position will be hybrid, working from corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA Monday through Wednesday, and remotely Thursday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help implement and refine pricing strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and customer needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing decisions are consistent across channels and product offerings
- Collaborate with AR & Sales Ops to implement and manage customer contract library, deduction matrix & recoup unapproved GTN spend
- Lead month end reserve analysis and approve have/need balances for all gross to net reserve accounts
- Provide regular reports on pricing performance, competitor activity, and market trends to senior management
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and assist in creating tailored pricing proposals
- Partner with Business Unit leads & Product Development to set & propose go to market pricing
- Help manage channel conflicts with B&M & Ecom platforms to optimize sell-thru & limit backend deductions
- Work with finance to understand cost structures and margins to ensure pricing is sustainable and profitable.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the pricing structure for existing products and services, ensuring they remain competitive and profitable
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of corporate finance-related experience with direct experience within CPG
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven ability to drive pricing initiatives with measurable impact on revenue and margin.
- Direct experience in Gross to Net planning within a Consumer Products environment

Geographic Reach
Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada. The company also sources select products internationally from China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and India. Lasko operates distribution centers in all manufacturing locations plus Nevada and Ohio.
