Lead Lasko’s National Accounts and Professional Channel Strategy
Lasko Products, an industry leader in home-environment innovation for over a century, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr. Director of National Accounts & Professional Channels to lead and accelerate growth across our largest retail and professional customers. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this executive leader will oversee Lasko’s National Account strategy across all major retail partners, while also driving growth within Hardware, Professional, B2B, and emerging white space channels.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Lasko’s national customer strategy, building and leading a high-performing team of National Account Managers, and delivering profitable growth across the company’s most important retail and professional relationships.
The Sr. Director will play a critical role in aligning Lasko’s national sales strategy with product innovation, omnichannel initiatives, and supply chain capabilities to unlock new growth opportunities across retail, specialty distribution, and professional channels.

Position Overview
As Sr. Director of National Accounts & Professional Channels, you will lead Lasko’s national account strategy across key retail partners while driving expansion across hardware, specialty distribution, professional contractors, and emerging non-traditional retail channels.
This leader will oversee a team of National Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class account management, disciplined forecasting, and strong customer relationships across Lasko’s largest customers. The role combines strategic leadership, team development, and operational execution while maintaining direct engagement with key accounts.
You will also play a critical role in aligning Lasko’s specialty and professional sales strategies with our omnichannel, eCommerce, and product development initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead National Account Strategy
- Develop and execute Lasko’s national account strategy across major retail partners, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives, product innovation, and channel expansion opportunities.
- Drive Growth Across Retail and Professional Channels
- Oversee sales growth across major retailers, hardware channels, B2B contractors, specialty distributors, and emerging non-traditional retail opportunities.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. Establish clear performance metrics and growth objectives across the team.
- Own National Account Performance
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key retail and professional partners while ensuring strong account planning, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.
- Expand Distribution and Identify White Space Opportunities
- Identify new channels, emerging retailers, and untapped markets to expand Lasko’s reach across specialty retail, contractors, and commercial distribution.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and product launch execution.
- Shape Long-Term Channel Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies that strengthen Lasko’s national account presence while evolving our professional and specialty distribution footprint.
- Strengthen Industry Relationships
- Build strong partnerships with key retail executives, specialty distributors, contractors, and rep groups while representing Lasko at major industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure Operational Excellence
- Implement disciplined sales planning, account management frameworks, and performance metrics that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

- A strategic sales leader with a track record of growing national retail and B2B distribution channels
- Experienced leading and developing National Account Manager teams in complex retail environments
- Skilled at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- A strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to translate market insights into action
- An influential communicator who builds trust with senior retail partners and internal stakeholders
- Adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear strategic focus
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience within consumer products, durable goods, or B2B distribution
- Proven success leading National Account teams and managing large retail customers
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and delivery of profitable revenue growth
- Experience selling through major retail accounts, specialty distributors, hardware channels, and/or professional contractor networks
- Strong experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and inventory planning
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
