LastPass is looking for a Solutions Consultant:

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the Solution Consulting team, which is a driving force behind LastPass’s success across Europe, supporting our multi-channel sales organization in achieving ambitious revenue goals. If you thrive on connecting with people, articulate complex ideas with ease, and are motivated by solving intricate challenges, this role is tailored for you!

Who will you work with?

You will collaborate with a diverse network of peers and stakeholders. As the go-to technical resource for our direct and partner sales reps, you will help them close deals and drive success. Besides our Product Management team, and Marketing, you will also engage with MSP and Reseller Partners. Most importantly, you’ll work directly with our customers, demonstrating the value of LastPass.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Help clients and partners navigate password and identity management complexities, ensuring secure practices for sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities, showcasing LastPass’s unique value.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business and technical requirements from partners and serve as an advocate for product enhancement to product management at Last Pass.
  • Conduct webinars and demos to educate prospects on trends in password management and cybersecurity.
  • Forge partnerships partners and MSPs, positioning yourself as a trusted security advisor.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven track record in pre-sales consulting and engineering.
  • Prior experience with cybersecurity solutions or relevant expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or other security-focused SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of related technologies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), privileged access management (PAM), and enterprise password management.
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer and partner onsite visits, and events, typically 1-2 times a month, to represent LastPass and showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

 

It's great, but not required:

  • Previous involvement with cybersecurity solutions, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or other related security SaaS products.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages is preferred: French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian.
  • Scripting experience, which can help with customization and automation.
  • Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure AD, Okta, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments and the technologies that support them. This includes experience with protocols like SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Okta, OneLogin, G-Suite, and Ping Identity.
  • Experience working with or for MSPs, VARs, LARs, Strategic Master Agents, or Technology Suppliers as a Solutions Engineer.
  • Enterprise software deployment experience, including deploying solutions via cloud services, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and mobile device management tools like MDM/MEM.
