LastPass is looking for a Travel and Expense Accountant:
In this role, you will ensure compliance and operational excellence across our travel and expense processes. You will review T&E reports for policy accuracy, resolve issues in SAP Concur and NetSuite, and collaborate with employees to address discrepancies and manage exceptions. Supporting a global team, you will provide clear and timely guidance on travel-related matters to keep operations running smoothly.
About the Team:
The Procurement team is a small, cross-functional group that manages global travel, expense compliance, event coordination, and vendor-related procurement activities. It ensures operational continuity, financial accuracy, and cost-efficiency across the organization.

Who will you work with?
Reporting to the Places, Travel, and Event Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing expense reports for the LastPass legal entities across both the EMEA and USA regions. Additionally, you will contribute to a small cross-functional team, ensuring operational continuity by participating in coverage planning during employee absences, such as paid time off or sick leave.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Review submitted T&E reports from a compliance perspective
- Communicate deviations from policy to employees who submitted T&E reports, and follow up on corrections or obtain additional approvals for exceptions, if applicable
- Identify, follow up on, and resolve various issues in SAP Concur and NetSuite related to travel and expenses
- Provide support and communicate with company travelers worldwide on various travel-related matters
- Build and maintain productive working relationships across all organizational levels and departments to ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting
- Participate in the annual RFP project and collaborate with outsourced service providers, while continuously reviewing the Hotel Policy and Program to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Take part in cross-functional training related to events and facility activities
