LastPass is looking for an EMEA Account Executive:

In this role, your focus will be on building new business as well as driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across our customer base. You will be set up for success with the support of Channel partners, Product Specialists, Solutions Consulting, and Business Development Representatives.
 
This role follows a hybrid work model and requires working onsite in our Dublin office 1 day per week.

  • Helping LastPass restore revenue growth. We are a creative group focused on continuously refining our sales process to achieve our FY targets
  • Enhancing our partner motion
  • Obsessing over value creation for customers
  • Maintaining a strong local focus within your territory, while also developing global awareness of industry news and trends

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven success in a high‑velocity, quota‑carrying role
  • Strong pipeline management skills, with the ability to forecast consistently and accurately
  • A self‑starter mindset, paired with strong time management and accountability
  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping
  • A solid understanding of partner and channel programs, and the ability to build and leverage those relationships effectively
  • The ability to use sales dashboards and reports to efficiently manage and own your territory
  • A competitive drive, combined with a continuous pursuit of growth and self‑improvement
  • A genuine desire to bring value to customers and support teammates in achieving shared goals
  • A positive, solution‑oriented mindset focused on problem‑solving and advancing our mission

It's great, but not required:

  • The ability to travel to partner or company events
  • Experience customizing CRM reports to work efficiently with territory data
  • Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in a sales workflow (e.g., for research, prospecting, data analysis, messaging, or productivity improvements)
