LastPass is looking for an Account Executive, French Speaker:
In this role, your primary focus will be on building new business and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our growing customer base. You will be well-positioned for success with the full collaborative support of dedicated Channel, Product Specialist, Solutions Consulting, and Business Development Representative teams.
This role follows a hybrid work model and requires working onsite in our Dublin office 1 day per week.

Who will you work with?
You'll collaborate closely with a cohesive, cross-functional team that includes Channel, Product Specialists, Solutions Consulting, and Business Development Representatives. Working together toward shared revenue goals, you'll benefit from a transparent, supportive environment where diverse expertise and open communication drive collective success and help you deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Helping LastPass restore revenue growth by perfecting our sales process and achieving FY targets together as a team
- Enhancing our partner motion to drive co-sell and channel-led opportunities across your territory
- Obsessing over value creation in every customer interaction, from initial discovery through to close
- Maintaining a local focus on your territory while staying globally aware of news, trends, and shifts in the cybersecurity industry
- Managing and growing accounts through consultative, value-based selling across French and English-speaking markets
- Building and leveraging channel and partner relationships to amplify your reach and accelerate deal progression
- Staying ahead of competitive dynamics and customer pain points to position LastPass effectively in every conversation
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying role
- Strong pipeline management with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience managing a territory with a structured approach to account mapping and data-driven reporting
- A strong understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build and leverage those relationships
- A self-starter with strong time management skills and a high degree of accountability
- A competitive drive with a continuous pursuit of self-improvement and a solutions-oriented mindset
- A customer-focused approach, bringing genuine value to clients while contributing to shared team goals
It's great, but not required:
- Ability to travel to partner/company events
- Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data
- Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool
- Experience leveraging AI tools in a sales workflow (e.g., for research, prospecting, data analysis, messaging, or productivity improvements)
