About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Strategist to lead t he strategy and execution of 360-degree digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, wit h a strong focus on paid media and multi-touch demand generation. You will work closely wit h ser vice line marketers and sales teams to drive campaign success, manage paid media budgets, and optimize per formance across various digital channels. This role repor ts direct ly to t he VP of Per formance Marketing.
What You ’ll Do
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for ser vice lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee t he planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns (search, social, display)
- Manage t he paid media budget and ensure campaign efficiency and ROI.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely wit h ser vice line marketers (Cloud, Data & AI, etc.) to understand campaign requirements and content needs
- Collaborate wit h sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales efforts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and repor t on campaign per formance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics like CPC, CPL, conversions, MQL ratio, SQL-to-deal ratio, and pipeline win ratio
- Align closely with the CRM system POC (HubSpot) to provide regular repor ts and insights to the marketing team.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and met hodologies.
What You Bring
Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, wit h a strong emphasis on paid media
- Background in B2B Tech and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing
- Basic working knowledge of WordPress is mandatory
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and analytic tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
