About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment and help Xebia attract and hire top talent. As a key Talent Acquisition team member, you will own hiring processes, engage with top-tier candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to build high performing teams. You will be crucial in shaping the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while aligning recruitment efforts with Xebia’s strategic growth objectives. Location: Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia (Remote, with in-person presence as needed).

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for different roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage top talent through proactive outreach, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining strong communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency.

Candidate Experience and Branding

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Xebia, ensuring all interactions reflect our values and culture.
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression of Xebia throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to continue building our employer brand through social media, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing insights and market trends to guide decision-making.
  • Align recruitment efforts with business goals, ensuring talent acquisition supports Xebia’s growth trajectory.
  • Leverage HR tools and ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
  • Solid experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing offers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing hiring strategies.
  • Broad expertise with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
