About the Role

We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with a technical background to bridge business needs and technology solutions across complex systems involving APIs, integrations, and data. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and support delivery in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and comfortable working with both business stakeholders and engineering teams. Availability to work in the PST time zone is required.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather high-level requirements and understand the end-to-end scope of initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Break down complex requirements into smaller, well-defined deliverables to support engineering and product teams
• Collaborate with technical teams on solutions involving APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
• Support Agile delivery, participating in Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, sprint planning, estimations, and backlog grooming
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
• Validate solutions through UAT, requirement traceability, and stakeholder feedback
• Maintain clear documentation, process flows, and requirement artifacts
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in scope or requirements
• Work effectively in a PST time zone to support cross-functional collaboration
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs

What You Bring

• 10+ years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in technical or product-driven environments
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data systems, and digital platforms
• Experience working closely with business teams to gather requirements and define solutions
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements into features, stories, and deliverable components
• Solid experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, PI planning, sprints, estimations, velocity tracking, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies
• Experience in the Cruise industry is a plus (but not required)
• Willingness and ability to work in the PST time zone
