Creater Partnership Specialist

Chicago, Illinois, United States

Later is the enterprise leader in social media and influencer marketing software, services, and data, trusted by leading brands and agencies worldwide. Following our acquisition of Mavely, the Everyday Influencer Platform®, Later enables brands to scale creator partnerships from nano to premium influencers while managing social media content and campaigns across all major social and affiliate networks. Through proprietary performance data, marketing leaders can drive attributable sales and optimize social commerce with our software platform or award-winning services.

Later is founded on two success stories that began in 2014: Mavrck, the industry-leading influencer marketing solution (now Later Influence™), and Later, the best social media management platform (now Later Social™) and first-to-market link in bio tool, Later Link in Bio. In 2024, Mavrck and Later officially joined together as one unified business, with a shared vision: to enable the world to make a living with their creativity.

We’re trusted by the top social platforms, with partnerships and integrations with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

  • Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns across email, DM, and social platforms.
  • Craft personalized messaging tailored to each creator’s content and audience.
  • A/B test outreach templates, timing, and channels to optimize conversions.
  • Manage objection handling and qualification conversations to surface VIP-ready prospects.
  • Leverage Later Influence, Campaigns CRM, and Salesforce to identify brand partnership opportunities for creators.
  • Collaborate with Creator Partnerships Manager to structure guaranteed campaign offerings during sales conversations.
  • Monitor campaign inventory to inform deal negotiations in real time.

Team / Collaboration

  • Partner with the Activation team on referral programs, events, and community initiatives that expand sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Campaigns, Creator Success) to align pipeline development with program growth.

Leadership

  • Contribute to developing scalable outreach and sourcing frameworks for the broader team.
  • Mentor peers on sourcing techniques and outreach strategies.

Research / Best Practices

  • Track platform and industry trends to refine creator targeting strategies.
  • Innovate “outside the box” outreach tactics that generate program awareness.
  • Share learnings and insights with cross-functional partners to strengthen overall program strategy.

What success looks like:

  • A steady pipeline of qualified VIP creator prospects with high conversion rates.
  • Expanded awareness and engagement in the VIP program through innovative sourcing and outreach.
  • Well-maintained, accurate creator data that supports efficient decision-making and deal structuring.
  • Trusted collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment on creator opportunities and partnerships.
  • Direct contribution to VIP program growth and long-term creator success.

What you bring:

  • Proven ability to build funnels or programs that accelerate onboarding and drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Track record of identifying cross-functional opportunities that improve partnership outcomes.
  • Passion for helping creators thrive in a performance-driven environment.

How you work:

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
