Director of Talent Partnerships
Later is the enterprise leader in social media and influencer marketing software, services, and data, trusted by leading brands and agencies worldwide. Following our acquisition of Mavely, the Everyday Influencer Platform®, Later enables brands to scale creator partnerships from nano to premium influencers while managing social media content and campaigns across all major social and affiliate networks. Through proprietary performance data, marketing leaders can drive attributable sales and optimize social commerce with our software platform or award-winning services.
Later is founded on two success stories that began in 2014: Mavrck, the industry-leading influencer marketing solution (now Later Influence™), and Later, the best social media management platform (now Later Social™) and first-to-market link in bio tool, Later Link in Bio. In 2024, Mavrck and Later officially joined together as one unified business, with a shared vision: to enable the world to make a living with their creativity.
We’re trusted by the top social platforms, with partnerships and integrations with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
We enable marketers to create high-performing content and engage in authentic collaborations with creators to reach new audiences, drive engagement, and generate predictable ROI.

- Drive long-term innovation in creator engagement models, including preferred partnerships and cross-client leverage opportunities.
Technical / Execution
- Establish and manage direct relationships with creators, agents, and managers to unlock access to premium talent and secure competitive rates.
- Provide senior support in complex or high-profile negotiations, ensuring deliverables meet client strategy, brand safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor creator performance data and proactively surface emerging talent aligned to client goals.
Team / Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team skilled in negotiation, sourcing, and relationship management.
- Embed a DEI-forward approach into all aspects of talent sourcing and partnership building.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Product, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and service evolution.
Leadership
- Act as Later’s thought leader on creator partnerships—internally with teams and externally with clients, agencies, and industry forums.
- Represent Later with credibility and authority, strengthening our reputation as a partner of choice for creators and brands.
- Champion operational excellence and hold a high bar for performance across the Services team.
Research / Best Practices
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, monetization models, and compliance regulations (FTC, platform-specific rules).
- Continuously benchmark industry best practices and apply insights to evolve Later’s talent partnership approach.
- Experiment with new systems, processes, and partnership models to test-and-learn at scale.
