A little about the position:  

6 Month Contract, full-time, Afternoon shift positions - with the possibility of extension. 

Job Summary

Production Associate - Primarily responsible for the production of steel related components and panels.  

Some of What You Will Do:

Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.

  • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks. 
  • Manufacturing such as brake press, steel panels and production outputs.
  • Be punctual and detail-oriented.
  • Use power tools, hand tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

  •  0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production 
  • 0-3 years’ experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools.
  • Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently.
  • Ability to work with one’s hands and be able to use hand tools such as drills and hammers.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Salary Range: $24.21

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

Bonus:  Discretionary Year-End
