Meet the team:
The People Operations (POps) team is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee experience and infrastructure needed to maintain a transparent and inclusive culture. From hiring, to creating competitive benefits packages, to overseeing our process for employee career development, to performance management and retention - the People team plays a critical role in cross-functional alignment and the overall management of the employee life cycle.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to source high-quality candidates across a range of software engineering disciplines
- Effectively deliver thorough, clear communication regarding Latitude’s company culture and compensation structure to candidates
- Adapt to new engineering disciplines to quickly formulate and refine effective sourcing and hiring strategies
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the autonomy/perception domain to document and perform light technical phone screens of early candidates
- Employ a customer-centric mindset to support the hiring needs of engineering teams
- Effectively demonstrate strong communication skills to positively represent the organization externally
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or related area
- 4+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, including 2+ years of direct Greenhouse experience
- Proven ability leading cross-functional hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent coordination, organization and multitasking skills
- Keen attention to detail and appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Ability to efficiently communicate, escalate and problem solve as needed
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
- “Can do” attitude and team player

The expected base salary range for this full-time position in California is $106,560 - $159,840 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
