BASE SALARY: $70,000 to $90,000 per year

MUST HAVE

  • Completely comfortable both working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours whenever they occur.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.

YOUR ROLE

Drive growth and retention across Launch Potato’s publisher partnerships by leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration—maximizing performance with strategic insight, operational excellence, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)

  • Account Ownership – Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts; manage relationships, optimize campaigns, and increase partner value.
  • Campaign Execution – Execute daily campaign operations including creative testing, launches, budget shifts, and pacing with 100% accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization – Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights that improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Revenue Growth – Contribute to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities and upselling additional placements or integrations.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain organized records of partner communications, test results, and campaign decisions across systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams to scale campaigns and prioritize optimizations.
  • Partner Communication – Establish a recurring communication cadence to support retention, strategic alignment, and satisfaction.

TOTAL COMPENSATION
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
