Digital Marketing Manager
About the Job:
LaunchDarkly’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our mission to empower all teams to deliver and control their software. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our key digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and expertise in a wide range of digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales goals.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, pipeline, and overall spend.

Provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team based on campaign performance data and customer behavior.

Define and segment B2B audience groups based on company size, industry, job title, interests, and behavior to ensure precision targeting.

Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools to target high-value accounts and decision-makers.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonate with our audience.

Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI.

Regularly track and adjust budget allocation based on performance data and changing business needs.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably 2+ years in paid social.

West Coast located (Bay Area Preferred)

Strong expertise in paid social media marketing, programmatic display, content syndication, and appointment setting.

Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P3:

Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $106,000 - $145,000**

Zone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $95,000 - $130,000**

Zone 3: All other US locations: $90,000 - $123,000**
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
