Head of Global Marketing Campaigns & ABM

About the Job: 

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Head of Global Marketing Campaigns & ABM to own the strategy, planning, and optimization of our Global Integrated Campaigns and Account-based Marketing (ABM) programs. As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for developing innovative, measurable, and scalable programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Reporting to the VP of Global Demand Generation, this role will lead a team of demand generation professionals, overseeing both large-scale campaigns and targeted account-based programs.  You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, Brand, Partner and Revenue teams to drive measurable ROI, pipeline acceleration, and meaningful engagement with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Integrated Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of a revenue-focused, multi-channel campaign strategy, engaging targeted buyer personas and accounts at each stage of the funnel. Develop, plan, and execute campaign plans across various tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture, events, and programs, to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.

  • Account-based Marketing (ABM): Oversee the design and execution of scalable ABM programs targeting strategic accounts to accelerate deal velocity and expand account penetration. Collaborate with Revenue leadership to align on key accounts, define priorities, and ensure tight coordination between marketing and sales efforts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Quarterback and be the owner of our global campaign strategy through collaboration with marketing teams including brand, product marketing, digital, content, social, growth marketing, and regional field marketing teams. Enable Revenue teams, Partners, and the Marketing team on the campaign strategy, program design and playbook guidance.

  • Team Leadership and Performance: Mentor and manage a high-performance team, fostering an environment of creativity, data-driven decision making, innovation, and growth. Establish the roadmap for creating a world-class Campaigns & ABM function.

  • Driving Results and Optimization: Establish KPIs for campaigns and ABM programs, ensuring accurate measurement of pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall effectiveness. Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance with a test-and-learn methodology to determine the optimal channel mix, content and segmentation strategies for campaign success. Communicate performance and opportunities across a wide set of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a significant focus on integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment and at least 4 years in a managerial capacity. 

  • Proven success in designing and executing global marketing campaigns and ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Expertise in designing and executing ABM programs and collaborating with sales teams to enhance messaging and engagement strategies.

  • Deep understanding of demand generation channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, paid media, and events.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Outstanding ability to collaborate and influence across teams, aligning stakeholders around common goals and campaign visions.

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or a related high-growth industry.

  • Familiarity with feature management, developer tools, or technical audiences is a plus.

Pay:

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level M3:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $170,000*

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
