- Lead the modernization of legacy processes by shifting custom Apex to automated workflows, triggers, and 3rd party integrations
- Drive technical execution of projects across the GTM tech stack, aligning systems with GTM goals
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance, scalability, and data integrity across GTM systems
- Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt to improve system performance and maintainability
- Champion Salesforce Development best practices, including testing, deployment automation, and version control
- Support and optimize a robust CPQ system that supports accurate, scalable quoting, and revenue workflows
Qualifications

- CPQ Experience: Proven experience managing Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and SKU logic
- Leadership & Communication: Comfortable guiding teams, mentoring peers, and aligning technical solutions with business stakeholders
- Mindset: Curious, accountable, quality-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous domain
- Forward-Looking: Demonstrated ability to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating tools across the GTM stack (Gong, Outreach, Okta, or similar tools)

Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
- Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
- Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
- Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
- Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
- Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability
