Sr. GTM Systems Architect

Remote - US

About the Job:

We’re looking for a Senior GTM Systems Architect to shape and scale the systems that power our GTM (go-to-market) engine. This is a high-impact, technical role for someone passionate about architecting automated, intelligent, and scalable solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You'll join our GTM Data & Technology team and lead the design of a modern GTM systems landscape that accelerates revenue, improves operational precision, and enables LaunchDarkly’s growth trajectory. You'll work closely with GTM Operations teams (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops,  RevOps) and GTM business leaders to translate complex business challenges into elegant and efficient technical solutions.

If you're a builder at heart with a systems-thinking mindset and love transforming ambiguity into intelligent automation, this role is for you.

Why this role matters:

  • High Impact: You will be in a position to drive millions in pipeline value and revenue through intelligent automation

  • Cutting-Edge Tech: Work with the latest AI tools, automation platforms, and data architectures

  • Career Growth: Join a rapidly expanding field where demand far exceeds supply

  • Strategic Influence: Influence LaunchDarkly’s entire revenue engine and GTM strategies

Responsibilities:

  • Architect Scalable GTM Systems: Design integrated, enterprise-grade architectures for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Utilize orchestration platforms (n8n, Clay, Zapier, custom API) for high availability, extensibility, and performance of GTM workflows.

  • Engineer AI-Driven Execution Layers: Design and implement intelligent execution engines using AI to autonomously create personalized content, recommend next-best-actions, and adapt engagement strategies in real time based on behavioral data and contextual signals.

  • Operationalize Signal-Based Automation: Create business triggers into real-time workflows. Designs and maintains systems that capture GTM signals (like buyer intent, rep activity, lifecycle changes, and pipeline shifts) for precise and accelerated actions.

  • Deliver Strategic GTM Insights: Develop and maintain smart retrieval systems using semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases to extract insights from GTM data, enabling self-service intelligence for executive and tactical decisions.

  • Lead GTM Experimentation Platforms: Build A/B testing infrastructure and feedback loops to optimize programs, validate hypotheses, and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with GTM Operations, Product, and leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Influence GTM system roadmaps and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to shape the company’s commercial tech stack.

About You:

  • You are a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology. You’re fluent in the language of data modeling and automation — but just as comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to unlock business value. You move fast, iterate often, and believe intelligent systems help people work smarter. You approach GTM challenges with a detective mindset and a hacker’s curiosity. You stay engaged in GTM communities and keep up with emerging technologies and methods.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 12+ years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, including demonstrated impact in strategic GTM operations, cross-functional leadership, and scalable systems design in dynamic growth environments

  • Advanced experience working with Salesforce, custom objects, and workflow automation tools

  • Hands-on experience building automated, data-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes for GTM teams

  • Proven experience using AI for GTM use cases, including AI tools (research agents, conversation intelligence), API integrations (OpenAI or similar), and prompt engineering

  • Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, n8n, Gong, Marketo, Zapier, Hubspot, AI Revenue Workflow Platform , Nooks, Cloudingo, or similar platforms is preferred

  • Deep expertise in system integration, data pipeline design, and orchestration tools

  • Familiar with API design, event-driven architecture, and webhook management

  • Skilled in workflow automation and scripting (SQL, JavaScript, and/or Python)

  • Strong grasp of data modeling, enrichment strategies, modern development techniques (rapid prototyping, workflow/configuration management) and real-time data processing

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company with an understanding of B2B sales cycles, ICP development, and funnel optimization

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered GTM systems

  • Comfortable working with no-code/low-code platforms for rapid iteration

  • Experience with PLG (product-led growth) motions and in-product engagement

  • Background in feature flagging or developer tools (DevOps)

About LaunchDarkly:

Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.

The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:

  • Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
  • Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
  • Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
  • Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
  • Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Form CC-305
Page 1 of 1
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
